Design of Lenticular Lens in Autostereoscopic Display

The optical transmission property of a single lenticular lens in autostereoscopic display based on lenticular lens was analysed.The formulas of the lens's curvature radius,pitch and thickness were deduced.According to these formulas,the parameters of the lenticular lens for a 15-inch autostereoscopic display monitor was designed.The autostereoscopic display monitor's stereo viewing zones were simulated using an optical software called ASAP and good results were obtained,which verifies the theories.
