CURVED SURFACE FIT OF SUBPIXELS DISPLACEMENT SEARCHING IN DIGITAL SPECKLE CORRELATION MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY

This paper introduces a new method searching the displacement in sub pixels by curved surface fit of correlation coefficient in digital speckle correlation measure technology (DSCM).Application of this method can improve the computing speed and measuring precision.
