Research of ratooning rice and its prospects in Fujian Province

Literatures of research progress in ratooning rice in recent years in Fujian are reviewed in the regards of accumulation of photosynthetic product and nutrient in the first crop,character of sink and source structure,characteristic of N element assimilation and accumulation,morphology and function of roots,ecology and cultivation technology of ratooning rice.Meanwhile,more aspects of research for high yield of ratooning rice are discussed.
