Effect on Micronucleus Rate of Mice Bone Marrow Cell and Chromosome Aberration Rate in Mice Testicle Cells with Phenytoin Sodium

Objective To observe the effectineness of phenytoin sodium as mutagenesis of cyclophospha-mide. Method Mouse bone marrow PCE MN test and mouse orchis chromosome aberration test. Re-sults The PCE MN and rate of orchis chromosome aberration on the group of high concentration of phenytoin sodium was higher than the negative control group,but significant lower than positive control group. Conclusions According to the result we can conclude that phenytoin sodium is a activator with mugenicity or carclnogen.
