Clinical Study of the Blood Concentration Monitoring for CsA in Renal Transplant Recipient with Functional Renal Allograft More Than One Years

OBJECTIVE To explore the blood concentration monitoring of CsA in renal transplant recipient with functional renal allograft more than one years.METHODS The concentration of CsA of 674 patients (5393 case)was determined by FPIA me thod. 5393 case were divided into three groups:stability group, rejections group, toxic group. Factors cuch as renal transplant time, age, drug impact survived rate, concentration of CsA were analyzed.RESULTS The blood concentration of CsA was no significant difference in sex, There were significant differences for CsA was no significant difference in sex, There were significant differences for CsA in level between the stability and the rejection (or the toxic)groups(P0.01).CONCLUSION monitoring the blood concentration of CsA,individual and combined medication in reason and long-term follow-up were very important in the long-term survival time.
