The protect effect of extract from ink of Loligo chinensis on the marrow of mice was investigated. The ultrasonic wave stave and other methods were used to prepare the extract from squid ink,the extract and endoxan were injected into abdominal cavity, and levels of WBC,RBC,PLT and Hb in circumference blood were determined. The results show that concentration of WBC in the treatment group with extract was higher than that in the group treated with endoxan(P0.05),significantly.Whereas,there were no differences in the levels of RBC,PLT and Hb between the two groups(P0.05).So,extract from squid ink can impair the distructive effects of endoxan on marrow and improve its recovery.
