Ground-stress Testing Result Application of Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station

Underground building is a very important part of Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station,the buried depth of underground chamber reaches a maximum of 420 m,and the maximum hydrostatic pressure is approximately 630 m in high pressure tunnel,scale of underground power house is 152 m×21.5 m×49.4 m,the ground-stress in the field region is crucial to the layout and stability of the building.The arrangement of ground stress testing has been introduced,and the testing result has been discussed in the paper,which can provide reference for similar engineering.
