Video transmission in robot teleoperation system based on TCP OVER UDP technique

To solve the limitation of Internet protocol transmission real-time data in robot teleoperation system,the TCP OVER UDP technique based on UDP is suggested.The transmission characteristics of TCP and UDP are anal-yzed.The realization procedures of TCP OVER UDP are demonstrated.The technique is completed in application layer.It is applied to video transmission of robot teleoperation system.The experiment result shows that TCP OVER UDP technique is effective.
