A Wind Power Fluctuation Rewards and Penalties Model Considering Historical Power Rules

At present,with the rapid development of wind power and other renewable energy sources,it will become a trend that wind turbines directly participate in the electricity market to compete with other units for quotation,and the settlement will be at wholesale market price. Meanwhile,the volatility of wind power generation still restricts the development of wind power. For this reason,many scholars have proposed a lot of effective methods to reduce the volatility of wind power. This paper proposed a model of wind power fluctuation rewards and penalties,which considered the history rules of wind power output and introduced the volatility reward and punishment factor according to the volatility of wind power in historical cycle,then brought it into the equilibrium model of wind power market. The example analysis of the model showed that the reward and punishment factors proposed by the model have a certain impact on the bidding power of wind power providers,and with the decrease of wind power fluctuation of wind electricity supplier,its bid output increased,which proves that the model can facilitate wind power providers to adopt auxiliary equipment,such as energy storage,to provide wind power generation with less fluctuation.
