The Experience and Reference from the Model of Temasek State-owned Enterprise Management in Singapore

Temasek model in Singapore is a paradigm of state-owned enterprises′ management.Knowing its management model would be helpful to the innovation of China′s state-owned asset management.In this study,a multiple dimensions analysis is made on Temasek state-owned enterprises′ administration experience,its characteristics and the reasons for success.It attempts to provide useful lessons and reference to Chinese state-owned enterprises reform.
