Research on the International Law of Information Network Operations

To control the power in the law areas and the language areas,the developed country is studying the international law of information network actively. At the same time,our country and the PLA are under informanization construction,it is important to study and understand the influence that the international law brings to the fields. This paper analyzes the international law of information network operations from the problem of the information network's conception,and tries to give some answers to those questions.
