The Impacts of Assisted Reproduction on the Parent-child Relationship——The overseas practice and the legislative choice in China' s future civil code

The progress in assisted reproduction is distinctly fragmenting parenthood into genetic parents,gestational parents and intentional parents.The west countries,such as Britain,U.S.A.,Germany,Israel and so on are devoting major efforts in improving the legislation system of the new parent-child relationship.The parentage identification standard has been setting up step by step and we should learn from the foreign successful experience,and reshape the parent-child relation in China's future civil code.On the basis of this,the article gives some suggestions about establishing basic principles of parent-child relationship related to assisted reproduction.
