Exposition on Legal Philosophy of the Offense of Seeing Someone in Mortal Danger without Rescue

It is the requirement of preserving the social order that we should ascend the moral obligation that anyone should rescue other one who is in mortal danger to legal obligation,and we should adjust the behavior of seeing someone in mortal danger without rescue.What's more it is supported by massive theory of legal philosophy.These theories include the theory of relative free will,the theory of social control,humanity theory,utilitarian principle,the theory of limited moral legalization and the theory of social harmfulness.
