Dynamic Simulation and Digital Analysis of Reusable Hammer Crusher

Under the background of digital design,in this paper,with the hammer crusher as an example,parametric modeling,dynamic simulation and digital analysis have been put on it. Geometric model and dynamic simulation model of hammer crusher have been constructed. A new approach of solving problems about simulation analysis platform with ANSYSADAMS has been put forward,multi-body dynamics software and finite element analysis software have been combined. In order to improve precision,multi-rigid body dynamics and multi-flexible body dynamics have been united successfully. Hammer crusher's key parts have been parametric modeling and transient dynamics solution can be achieved with the platform,finite element analysis results are also acquired.
