The Research on Fabric Defect Detection System Based on Machine Visual

ZHAO Da-xing,WANG Huang,ZHU Jin-lei(Hubei Key Lab of Manufacture Quality Engineering,Wuhan 430068,China)  
In textile detection,fabric defects are usually inspected by human.Focusing on the problems about low precision,low speed,high rate of missing inspections,a new fabric defect detection system based on machine visual is presented by using modularized frame of hardware.The complete software is designed for the system.Results demonstrate that the system with fine detection capability can satisfy the request of real time detection and find out the flaw on the production line effectively.
