Study on Ultrasonic Wave Extraction of Chlorophyll from Spinach

Ultrasonic wave extraction of chlorophyll from spinach was studied.The result of quantitative analysis of chlorophyll in the extract with spectrophometric method indicates that compared to the common method of maceration extraction using organic solvent ultrasonic wave extraction not only provides higher production and faster extraction but also has the advantage of needless heating.
