The Influences on the Production and Activity of Laccase:A Review

HAN Xiao-lei, YAN Lian-he, ZHOU Shen-fan(Water Treatment Institute, Nanjing University of Science & Technology, Nanjing 210094,China)  
The paper reviews three factors (organic additives, inorganic additives and incubation condition) influencing the production capacities of different white-rot fungi. Furthermore, the paper also tells three factors (temperature, pH and coexisting compound) that influence the laccase activity.
