Study on the Process Conditions of Transformation Linoleic Acid into Conjugated Linoleic Acid Via Lactobacillus Acidophilus

The process conditions of transformation linoleic acid into conjugated linoleic acid via Lactobacillus acidophilus were optimized.The optimum conditions were linoleic acid ratio 0.1%(v/v),reaction temperature 36℃,incubation time 36 h,and pH 6.0.Under optimum conditions,the yield of conjugated linoleic acid was 37.85%.The composition of conjugated linoleic acid isomers was analyzed by gas chromatography.
