Study on Biosorption Characteristics of Trichoderma Viride for Zn~(2+)

It studies on the biosorption of Zn2+ by Trichoderma viride C-1 screened from heavy metal waste water.The influential factors on biosorption effect are investigated.The results show that the biomass pretreatment can raise the removal rate and biosorption capacity of Zn2+ obviously.When pH value is 5.5,the pretreated biomass concentration is 3 g·L-1,initial Zn2+ concentration is under 60 mg·L-1,adsorption time is 60 min,the standard of Zn2+ 2 mg·L-1 for waste water discharge can be met at room temperature.
