Bioconversion of Shenfu Photo-Oxidation Coal Humic Acid

ZHANG Ya-ting,MENG Qing-yu,ZHOU An-ning(College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Xi′an University of Science and Technology,Xi′an 710054,China)  
Shenfu photo-oxidation coal humic acid was bioconverted by 2 strains of XK-b and XK-c,which were capable of bioconverting Shenfu photo-oxidation coal.It was found that XK-c had the greatest solubilization power for humic acid with the maximum conversion rate for 9 days of 36.34%.The special absorbance wavelength of solubilized humic acid was at 295 nm.When the humic acid was bioconvered by XK-b for 12 days,the yield of yellow humic acid was 66.32%.FTIR analysis results showed that,after bioconversion,the structure of yellow humic acid nearly didn′t change,but those of ulmic acid and fulvic acid changed greatly.For ulmic acid,the contents of hydroxy,methylene and carboxylic dropped.For fulvic acid,the aromaticity content decreased and the contents of hydroxyl and carboxylic increased.
