Optimization on Separation Process of Total Polyphenol in Pueraria Lobata Root by Macroporous Adsorption Resin

With Pueraria lobataroot as raw material,separation process of total polyphenol by macroporous adsorption resin was optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment.Effects of pH value,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on extraction rate of total polyphenol were investigated.Mathematic model was established.Results showed that,under the optimum conditions of pH value 6.0,adsorption time 180 min,adsorption temperature 59 ℃,extraction rate of total polyphenol was 0.2623%,which was0.0013%less than model predicted value(0.2636%).
