The Learning Theory of Constructivism in the Teaching and Training of Aerobics

Since the recovery of the national college entrance examination in 1977,China has payed more and more attention on education,especially for the quality of the courses of teacher quality and school requirements. This paper is based on the educational background,the main discussion is about the learning theory of constructivism. As the aerobics professional teachers,how to analyze of constructivist learning theory in the teaching and training of aerobics is a problem. We must first understand the status quo of China's education environment,and then establish suitable teaching mode f or students and teachers.
