Genetic Improvement Technology on Wheat Varieties of Biological Water-saving

Cultivating multi-resistant,water-saving and high-yield varieties by genetic improvement technology is the most efficient method.On the basis of breeding practice of wheat for 20 years,breed characteristics of biological water-saving wheat and genetic improvement technology of parallel,alternative selection of two seed plots were put forward.The single seed selection environment and disadvantages that the target characters genes and the genetic types couldn't express at the same time fully were broken through.By increasing selection pressure under adversity and non adversity circumstances alternative of selection,effects of genetic improvement on multi-resistant,water-saving and high-yield varieties were prominent.Meanwhile,the biological water-saving breeding level could be improved by enhancing basic theoretical researches,excavating water-saving gene resources,combining convertional breeding with gene engineering breeding efficiently.
