Application Value and Development Prospect of Jerusalem Artichoke in Coastal Saline Area of Hebei Province

Biological characteristics of Jerusalem artichoke were introduced.Its nutritional value,medicinal value,feeding value and usage as energy resources were summarized.The application of Jerusalem artichoke in the coastal saline areas of Hebei was analyzed,so as to provide reference for relevant scientific researches in the future.
