The Effect of Blast Furnace Slag Added Fly Ash Tuning Composition

Tuning composition of blast furnace slag use fly ash as modifying agent,Then calculate slag acidity coefficient and detection its mineral composition and slag viscosity variation with temperature. Study of tuning composition of slag after compliance with the as prepared slag fiber raw material requirements. The results show that,slag is mainly in melilite when the acidity coefficient of slag is less than 1. 0,and there is a inflection point in viscosity temperature viscosity curve. Slag is mainly in amorphous glass phase when slag acidity coefficient between 1. 2 ~ 1. 8,The variation of viscosity with temperature uniformity and temperature-viscosity curve no longer appear steep rise interval,fiber temperature became wider.
