BRANCH RESPONSE OF Amygdalus communis TO LOW TEMPERATURE

With one-year-old branches of Amygdalus communis and locus peach Jiubao as test material, the membrane permeability, water hold ability and recover growth ability of the branches after treating with different low temperature were tested. The result showed that the tolerance of Amygdalus communis to low temperature is clear higher than that of Jiubao and Amygdalus communis can live safely through the winter in the introduced region.
