A REVIEW OF THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE UTILIZATION VALUE AND CULTIVATION TECHNIQUES FOR HIGH OUTPUT OF Lespedeza

Lespedeza is a perennial forage shubby legume native to eastern Asia. It is recognized for its advantages of tolerance to drought, acidity, shallow soils of low fertility, high output and high nutritive value. The paper reports on the biological and ecological characteristics and the tolerance of Lespedeza, and summarizes its utilization value on water and soil conversation, soil improvement and used as forage additive. It summarizes the research achievements in cultivation techniques of Lespedeza about screening superior Lespedeza germplasm, germination and planting. In the end, the paper suggests that the researches of Lespedeza cradle techniques should be further studied and then to summarize the Lespedeza cultivation techniques for high output.
