Effects of Penicillin and Ampicillin on Germination and Physiological and Biochemical of Wheat Seed

Some characteristics of seed germination and growing were improved with suitable concentration of penicillin and ampicillin, such as germination percentage, germination energy, germination index, activity index, amylase activity, chlorophyll content of seedling,the length of seedling and the dry weigh were increased. The ideal concentration of penicillin was 40 IU/L,and 800 mg/L of ampicillin was best.
