Research Advances in The Use of Molecular Marker in The Study of Ectomycorrhizal Fungal Genetic Diversity

The study of ectomycorrhizal fungal genetic diversity is one of hotspots in ectomycorrhizal study. With the use of new technique,especially the use of molecular marker,ectomycorrhizal fungal genetic diversity is having a great development.The paper summarizes the use of molecular marker in the study of ectomycorrhizal fungal genetic diversity,and provides some helps for latter correlative study.
