Relationship between Chlorophyll Meter Readings(SPAD Readings) and Chlorophyll Content of Crop Leaves

AI Tian cheng, LI Fang min, ZHOU Zhi an, ZHANG Min, WU Hai rong (Hubei Agricultural College,Hubei Jingzhou 434103,China)  
SPAD-502 readings and chlorophyll content of leaf in rice,cotton,corn,sorghum and soybean were determined.The good correlated relationships were established between the SPAD readings and chlorophyll content in the leaves.Chlorophyll content of crop leaves would be determined quickly using SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter.
