RAPD Molecular Marker Techniques and its Application to Cruciferous Vegetables Research

The principle and characteristics of RAPD molecular was introduced. Its applications on cultivars identication. genetic mapping. chromosome location. molecular marker-assisted selection. classification and evolution. phylogenetic relationship and genetic diversity in cruciferous vegetables were reviewed. Its problems and prospect were also explained.
