Experiment on Hybrid Cotton Planting Density and Modes in Middle and Lower Reaches of The Yangtze River

The results of experiment indicated that the hybrid cotton and traditional cotton were different in planting density,reasonable sparse planting was appropriate for hybrid cotton. Under over high density,hybrid cotton had less knot of boll,more bad boll,low output. In Yangtze River Valley hybrid cotton should be planted under wide row alternating with narrow row. Compared with the equal line,this planting way had better ventilation,stronger light and higher output.
