Effects of Different Ratio of Water to Material on Biogas Production of Straw

The effects of different ratio of water to rice straw on biogas production was studied using simulative constanttemperature biogas-pool set in laboratory.The results showed that the ratio of water to rice straw had a significant influence on total biogas yield.The dynamic of daily accumulative biogas yield of straw was significantly accorded with Logistic model,and the most accumulative biogas yield and the consumption of dry straw was markedly quadratic related with the ratio of water to material.When accumulative biogas yield of straw reached the maximum was 61.9,the ratio of water to material and the most biogas yield was 178.4 L / kg,and the maximum utilization of straw was 42.9% according to the fitting equation.
