Construction and Application of Fingerprinting Map of 12 Ternary Hybrid Rice Parents based on SSR Marker

HU Jing-tao,HUANG Wen-zhang,YAN Ming-jian,HUANG Cheng-zhi,LEI Shu-fan,LU Zhi-wen(Chongqing Three Gorges Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Wanzhou 404155,Chongqing,China)  
Polymorphism analysis on 12 ternary hybrid rice parents were taken by choosing 112 pairs of SSR primers from 12 chromosomes of rice;and 35 polymorphic primer pairs were detected at last.25 pairs of SSR primers which showed higher polymorphism were used to construct the fingerprinting maps of the 12 ternary hybrid rice parents.The particular primers were used to identify the seed purity of Wanyou-2 and Kyou-88.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the result of SSR test and field test.
