YANG Ya-lun1,2,DAI Mei2(1.Huazhong University of Science & Technology,Wuhan 430074,China;2.Hebei Research Institute of Investigation & Design of Water Conservancy & Hydropower,Tianjin 300250,China)
The middle route of the South-to-North water transfer project, follow the rules for temporary covers all adopted different reclamation measures, currently reclamation has been completed.Carry out temporary covers an area of reclamation the suitability, conduce to the overall understanding of the implementation of the project occupying farming, forest land reclamation and reclamation of results, and according to the actual situation of the propose timely perfect measures to effectively protect land, the realization of harmonious development and sustainable development. In the paper, the temporary covers an area of reclamation suitability of various methods are compared, and discusses the artificial neural network in land reclamation suitability of characteristics, and by using the method of Ann south-to-north water transfer project covers the typical temporary reclaimed the suitability, think this method can rapidly for scientific management, improve the land productivity provide effective technical reference.
