To see the function in the country's development from rising of Bolin University

QIU Yan-ping (College of Education,Hebei University ,Baoding 071002,China)  
Bolin University was found and emerged in 19 century due to common effects of several factors, its schooling principle and features leave rich heritage to the development of aftertime higher education. The arising and success of Bolin University not only influenced greatly the higher education and riational power of Germany, but also influenced the development of higher education in the world and the establishment of conception that higher education shall be given great attention to and shall be considered as basis for the prosperity and powerfulness of a country. To date the principle that the education shall be given priority if a country want to be thriving and powerful has been pursued and obeyed by many countries.
