TECHNOLOGY AND ITS PRODUCTION PRACTICE FOR TULAFA SLAG TREATMENT IN 2560m~3 B.E OF TANGSHAN IRON AND STEEL COMPANY

The Russian TULAFA slag tretaent technology imported in 1977 for 2560m3 B.F of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company has some advantages such as: simple equipment, little land occupied, big treating capacity low construction investment, low repair cost and ability to treat safely the slag with content of iron lower than 40%. But other problems were found, the improvement has been made and the production requirement has been basically met at present.
