Hu Hao;Gao Shangzhi;Tu Zhongfan,et al(Department of Thorac and Cardiovasc Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital,Hubei Medical University,Wuhan 430060,China)
The determination of pre-and-postoperative peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were performed by using monoclonal antibody in the patients with lung cancer. The results showed that the percentage of CD_3 ̄+, CD_4 ̄+cell and ratio of CD_4 ̄+/CD_8 ̄+ cell on the preoperative patients were significantly lower than that of the normal group(P0. 01, respectively).Although the percentage of CD_3 ̄+,CD_4 ̄+cell and the ratio of CD_4 ̄+/CD_8 ̄+2 were increased in the postoperatative 10 days,it was indicated that the immunity function decreased in the patients with lung cancer.
