Analysis of amino acids in Rhopilema esculentum and Stomopholus nomurai

Rhopilema esculentum Kiahinouye and Stomolophus meleagris L.Agassig belong to Coelentera. The paper pays more attention to the composition of amino acids by automatic amino acid analyzer. The results showed that Rhopilema esculentum Kiahinouye and Stomolophus meleagris L.Agassig contain 18 kinds of amino acids, among which 7 are the necessary amino acids, content is more than 26.62%、 26.66%、 31.04%、36.20% of the total amino acids. That will offer scientific gist for comprehensive utilization of Rhopilema esculentum and Stomolophus meleagris.
