Preparation and Properties of Perfluoropolyether Rubber Protective Grease

Sealing rubber in important parts of automobile doors,skylights and so on would gradually aging in the course of use. Applying protective agent on the rubber surface could inhibit the aging of rubber.Perfluoropolyether rubber protective grease was prepared from straight-chain perfluoropolyether base oil,polytetrafluoroethylene and specific imidazoline derivative additive. The prepared perfluoropolyether rubber protective grease had good compatibility with rubber and strong adhesive force. Stretch strength and hardness could be increased by coating on the rubber seals.And it would effectively inhibit the aging of rubber,and had a good protective effect on rubber seals.(Charts2 Tables3 Referemces3)
