The value of using CEA and LDH of BALF to recognize and diagnose benign and malignant pulmonary disease

Objective: To detect the value of using bronohoalveolar lavage fluic (BALF) antigen (CEA) and lacticdehyrogenase (LDH ) to recogzize and diagnose benign and malignant pulmonary disease. Method: Using double antibodyradiation immunity and rate to check the level of BALF and serum CEA and LDH , Which of 30 examples of infections pulmonary disease and 30 examples of malignant pulmonary disease. Results: There is no remarkble difference between infectious and malignancy, BALF and serum LDH and their scale (p0. 05). There is notable difference between infections and malignancy, BALF and serum CEA and their scale (p0.01). The sensibility of diagnosis for malignant pulmonary disease is 91%, specificity is 100%. Conclusion: Simultanously detecting BALF and serum CEA have the recognizable and diagnostic value for benign and malignant pulmonarydisease.
