Application Study of Microlaparoscopic Thyroidectomy by Ultrasonic Orientation before Surgery

Objective:To discuss and study the feasibility and application value of microlaparoscopic thyroidectomy by ultrasonic orientation before surgery.Methods:30 cases of patients with thyroid node,measuring the interval(distance) from the node to the trachea and its internal brim,the interval to front envelope,and the interval to the plane of the upper and lower ends.No orientation was performed to patients in the contrast group.Compared and analyzed the resecting rate,operation time,hemorrhages during surgery and hospitalizing time.Results:Ultrasonic orientation helped to find hypothyroid focuses quickly for successful resection for 30 patients to be undertaken thyroiddectomy.The node desecting rate reached 97.2%.No serious complications occurred except that one case encountered one-off rustiness.Conclusions:Ultrasonic orientation was helpful in detecting hypothyroid node and its surrounding prior to surgery.Data of measuring and orientation prior to surgery was propitious to find out hypothyroid focuses quickly for resection in micro laparoscopic thyroidectomy.It is a safe,feasible and effective way for this kind of surgery to prevent complications.
