A STUDY ON CEA DETERMINATION IN BALF SERUM AND URINE TO DIAGNOSIS FOR LUNG CANCER

The radioimmunoassay is used in determination of carcinoembruyonic antigen(CEA) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF), serum and urine and the result showes that CEA in BALF, serum and urine of patients suffering from lung cancer get high level at different degrees and has evident differ with tuberculosis and other lung benign diseases(P0. 01) ,their positive rate are 63. 64%,57.38%and 27.58%respectively,the highest is of BALF. It is given that the convenient and available check-up manner to the diagnosis and prognosis discrimination for lung cancer.
