Frequency stability assessment for large receiving-end power systems

Frequency is one the most important physical quantities in electric power systems,and its dynamic characteristics affect system security and stability directly.The necessity of assessing the frequency stability of large receiving-end power systems was discussed,and the achievements of the project of "Stability analysis and security control decision for large receiving-end power systems" were recommended.The models,assessment methods,and analysis results of frequency stability assessment for large receiving-end power systems were also summarized.
