Identification of Dynamical Load on Discrete System in Time Domain

This paper is intended to provide a time domain method of identification of dynamical loads for discretisized vibration systems. It transforms the problem of load identification into that of solving a first kind Volterra integral equation. The computational formulations for identification of dynamical loads on system with either proportional damping or general viscous damping characters are presented. Some simulation examples are givea by using numerical approximate solutions. The effectiveness of the method offered is verified.
