A Research on the Life Cycle and Management Strategy of Human Capital

In order to make full use of human capital in social organizations,we discuss the features and principles of the life cycle of human capital such as development、improvement、decline and exit from the aspect of investment and profit,and we research on how to make and enforce the management strategy with low input and high output in the different part of the life cycle of human capital.
