Review and Comment on TMT Heterogeneity Theory from 1999 to 2009

In human resource management or corporate governance areas,top management team heterogeneity theory is the research hotspot in recent years.Related papers from 1999 to 2009 are referred in this study,to explore the inherent laws of research at home and aborad on the basis of reviewing and comparing it,and is reviewed.Furthermore,this study suggested the future research directions
