Analysis on Legal Regulation of P2P Lending——Also an Analysis on Shadow Bank in China

As a new form of loans with the development of the internet,P2P lending is an integral part of the shadow banking system.Like the other shadow banks,the research and monitoring of P2P lending is almost a virgin state,the P2P lending is also faced a lot of doubts.Based on the American experience,the paper analyzes the question from the perspective of financial disintermediation and personal loans,and points out that the development of the shadow banking system has exposed the fragmentation and the imperfections of China's financial regulatory system.And we should reflect on the financial theory,to develop systematic and comprehensive program for the modernization of the financial system through legislation.
