Principle and Application of Opto-electronics Non-destructive Testing Technology

Opto-electronics non-destructive testing technology is widely used and plays an important role in the fields of industry,agriculture and other fields.This paper introduces the opto-electronics non-destructive testing principles of infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,machine vision,ultrasonic testing technology,X-ray technology,electronic noses and tongues.The research status at home and abroad,chemomtrics algorithm and the existing problems of these six testing technologies are discussed.Then,the developing trend of opto-electronics non-destructive testing technology is proposed.
