THE ANALYSIS OF MAXIMUM ENTROPY SPECTRUM OF TIME SERIES OF EARTHQUAKE IN THE NORTHERN PART OF HEBEI PROVINCE

In this paper based on seismic data,we have analysed the time series for historical earthquakes(Ms≥5)and the earthquakes after 1970 in the north of Hebei Province by maximun entropy spectrum. The results showed that the historical earthquakes (Ms≥5) in this area have outstanding period of 250 years and the term between maximum value of seismic series spectrum since 1970 is 31 months. Finaly this paper indicated that the earthquakes (Ms 5-6) might occur in the north of Hebei Province in the next ten years
